Thank you for shopping small and choosing handmade! Every piece of jewelry in our shop is hand-forged with care, and we’re committed to getting it to you safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Domestic (U.S.):

  • $10 flat rate on all U.S. orders under $100 – 3-4 days once shipped

  • $12 flat rate on all U.S. orders over $100 – 3-4 days once shipped

  • FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 - 3-4 days once shipped

International:


  • Customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging & Gifting

  • All jewelry comes beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.

  • Want to include a note? Just leave your message in the "Order Notes" at checkout and we’ll tuck it in for you.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.

Delays or Delivery Issues

We strive to get your order to you quickly, but please understand that postal delays can occur, especially during holidays or due to weather and customs. If you're concerned about your order’s status, feel free to reach out at info@kendakist.com.


Return Policy

Due to the nature of our work as and the operations of our small business, we unfortunately do not accept returns. We do however want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and allow exchanges.       


Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange pieces within 14 days of shipment. Item must be in it’s original condition in order to exchange. To keep our brand sustainable, please return original packaging. Exchange window will be extended during the Holiday Season
