Fall Look Book

In one of my recent yoga classes, the focus was being fluid.
Think: Just as water flowing through your hands can be soft, the same material brushing against a mountain year over year changes the hard rock formation.

While we flowed through class, my instructor’s words rang through me.
“It flows about in the cosmos like life itself. It moves, it adapts, it morphs, much like the gift of the human spirit. Only wrong teaching can convince us otherwise.”
I felt the soundness of this teaching vibrate within me. It gave voice to how I felt about creating this wave collection.

Being fluid and accepting change is not something that comes easy to anyone, including me. But, over the years of trials and tribulations of running my own business, while often doubting myself, I realized: Like a storm when the waves come crashing in, it feels like it’s never going to be okay. And yet, you look ahead and see that you will shine brighter because of that storm.
This collection is a reminder of just that.

No matter the season or the size of the storm, we continue to ebb and flow and grow. The tides go up and down, the moon cycles through her phases and faces.

On our best days, we stand like that mountain: strong and steady, though undoubtedly changed by the endless waves that welcome us each day.
