Sterling silver is a high-quality silver alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper for added strength and durability. It offers the bright, classic look of solid silver while being strong enough for everyday wear.

14k Gold Filled is a federally regulated amount of 14k gold (5%) bonded to a base of brass. It's different to gold plated which is a thin layer and not bonded to the base metal. Gold filled offers all the same physical characteristics of solid gold, such as beauty, strength and durability, but at a fraction of the cost.

14k Rose Gold Filled is a federally regulated amount of 14k rose gold (5%) bonded to a base of brass. The warm pink tone comes from copper in the gold alloy, giving it a soft, romantic color similar to solid rose gold. Rose gold filled offers the beauty, strength, and durability of solid gold at a more accessible price.

All sterling and gold filled items can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner. For tarnish-free jewelry store in a small plastic bag. For tangle-free necklaces, leave a little bit of the chain outside the plastic baggie.

Domestic (U.S.):

• $10 flat rate on all U.S. orders under $100 – 3-4 days once shipped
• $12 flat rate on all U.S. orders over $100 – 3-4 days once shipped
• FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 - 3-4 days once shipped

International:

• DHL or USPS - Calculated transit time and rates shown at checkout are based on your address and the order’s weight and dimensions.
  Customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging & Gifting

• All jewelry comes beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.
• Want to include a note? Just leave your message in the "Order Notes" at checkout and we’ll tuck it in for you.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.

Delays or Delivery Issues

We strive to get your order to you quickly, but please understand that postal delays can occur, especially during holidays or due to weather and customs. If you're concerned about your order’s status, feel free to reach out at info@kendakist.com.

Due to the nature of our work as and the operations of our small business, we unfortunately do not accept returns. We do however want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and allow exchanges.       

We will gladly exchange pieces within 14 days of shipment. Item must be in it’s original condition in order to exchange. To keep our brand sustainable, please return original packaging. Exchange window will be extended during the Holiday Season.
